Managing Director
Prior to my appointment to the EVE Board, I was working with a leading project finance provider focusing on the financial viability of potential investments. As such, I am well aware of the challenges associated with funding an AD project, and the levels of operational performance required to service the significant debt invested into these types of projects.
As Managing Director of EVE, it is my responsibility to lead the senior management team to deliver the company’s strategic goals. Our aim is to maximise output / profitability for our AD plants by providing class-leading Operational, HSEQ and Asset Management services.
Areas of focus include continuous monitoring of operational performance, robust maintenance procedures, and safe working practices. Cash generation is key to the financial viability of our AD plants, this is achieved by maximising revenue and efficient cost management.
My career to date has seen me work in a number of market sectors with businesses ranging from small SMEs to multi-national PLCs. I have been personally responsible for the delivery of a variety of initiatives which have had a positive impact to bottom line profitability.
I have relevant experience of business start-ups, restructuring, acquisitions, private equity, and complex group structures. I have been directly involved in the negotiation of traditional banking facilities, project finance, lease finance and debt / equity funding.
